HOW TO MAKE

Vietnamese Iced Coffee

1. Gather Supplies

You'll need: Vietnamese coffee filter (phin), coffee, sweetened condensed milk, and hot water.

2. Add Coffee & Milk

Pour sweetened condensed milk into glass. Remove inside filter screen from phin. Add coffee to phin, place screen on top of coffee grounds and place phin on glass.

3. Add water

Pour enough hot water into the filter to allow coffee grounds to expand and bloom. When coffee begins to drip through, add remaining water. 

4. Let Drip

Place lid on filter and let coffee drip into glass.

5. Stir

When coffee has stopped dripping, remove phin, and stir coffee and sweetened condensed milk together.

6. Serve Iced

Pour over ice and serve.
