HOW TO MAKE

Cheddar Dill Puffs

1. Cook Flour & Water

Bring water, butter, and salt to a simmer. Add flour and stir vigorously until mixture comes together.

2. Add Eggs

One at a time, add eggs, beating well after each addition.

3. Keep Beating

The batter will separate at first but will become smooth as each egg is mixed in. The mixture should be glossy once all the eggs are added.

4. Make It Cheesy

Stir in some sharp cheddar cheese and chopped fresh dill.

5. Scoop & Bake

Scoop batter onto baking sheets and bake until golden brown and puffed up.
